How much does an LED wall cost per square metre?
It depends on pixel pitch, size, indoor or outdoor, and construction needs. Send the wall size and location on WhatsApp and we will send an itemised quotation.
How long from order to installation?
It depends on type and size. Types assembled at our PIK 2 workshop are faster than special orders from the partner factory. The schedule is always written in the quotation.
How does the warranty work?
A written warranty from PT Teknologi Untuk Nusantara, backed by our partner factory's warranty. Replacement modules are kept in PIK 2. Period and coverage are stated in every quotation.
Do you work outside Greater Jakarta?
Yes, across Indonesia. Outside Greater Jakarta, local technician partners work under our central team's guidance, and the central team comes on site for complex cases.
Can I rent instead of buying?
Yes. Per-event rental with an operator, and long-term rental for fixed screens with maintenance included.
Which pixel pitch is right for me?
A simple rule: the closest viewing distance in metres is roughly the pixel pitch number. Office lobbies usually use P1.8–P2.5, highway billboards P8–P10.
What is the minimum long-term rental period?
It depends on the site and screen size. The period and fee are stated clearly in the quotation.
Does an operator come with event rentals?
Yes. Our operator is on site from rehearsal until the event ends.
Can I rent outside Greater Jakarta?
Yes. Shipping and crew accommodation are quoted separately.
